backstory!millie monroe morison is born on september 17 2001, to an american father and french mother, in Argenteuil, France. the relationship between his parents wasn't the best, as his father was an alcoholic and his mother didn't want him; and both of them were poor. growing up was hard, almost a challenge for millie. he was negliged a lot, malnourished and his mother finally left when he was four. after that, he grew up in a violent household, with a father that didn't want anything to do with him.after his mother left, millie’s father decided to move them back to America, in Chicago, Illinois. they resided in a very poor neighborhood. after a while, millie realized that he could remember way too much about what happened in his life. after a bunch of talks and tests with doctors, millie got diagnosed with hyperthymesia.he was an only child, with no other family to take care of him. millie had to learn how to take care of myself as his father was too toxic and abusive. millie was five and in kindergarten when he met his best friend. life went on, and millie started to grew angsty, hating authority around him.it's when his teenage years started that millie began doing stupid things such as stealing, tagging cops cars, or fighting. he got well-known by cops very fast, and got a reputation of delinquent. he wasn't very good at school, and acted like it was a bother, but millie also didn't want to finish like his father so he tried his best.millie often acted like nothing could bother him anymore in high-school, but his mental health was a big stop in his life. when it got too bad, he decided to meet the school conselor, and get help. but with therapy and a few months of sessions, millie got diagnosed with multiple mental illnesses like BPD (bipolar personality disorder), PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), IED (intermittent explosive disorder), ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) and depression.when he finally got eighteen, he got a job in a music band and moved out of his chilhood home, getting his own apartment to escape his poor life. the music band helped him a lot, and he made friends with the others members; now considering them his family. during all this time, his best friend from kindergarten was there for him, never leaving. the two of them are close.at twenty-two, millie lost his father from a liver's cancer but he never mentions it. millie is not one to stop at the past, and he'd rather move on and forget about what happened in his childhood even if he can’t, because of his hyperthymesia.
